Unfortunately, for the last several months I’ve been battling with trying to successfully secure all of my accounts which were compromised due to an ICloud account takeover. It seems as though it may be either someone that lives in my household or someone that visits my household frequently and has gained unauthorized access to my eufy security account. This person is changing the settings on my security cameras, my front door lock camera, my video storage system and has continuously edited my monthly cloud storage subscription from the cloud storage to the cloud backup basics so that they are able to continue deleting my security footage without a backup copy being stored elsewhere and able to view. I have tried everything under the sun to try and eliminate any sort of access they may have to my account but have been unsuccessful so far..I’m hopeful that someone may have a solution or even some suggestions for me aside from changing the password because that doesn’t work.
