Hello, I’m new here. Just got my P25i earbuds, unfortunately it won’t connect with the app. I really was looking forward to being able to tweak the sound to my preference. I have done everything possible, reinstalling the app, connecting the device to another phone, trying a different device but the app seem to have a glitch and shows the image below every time. My phone’s compatibility is also not a problem
I don’t have the earbuds but what worked for me with their speaker was forgetting the device, resetting it (usually steps easily found online with the product name) and reconnecting
