Hello, my eufy has been only cleaning on the sides of the roller when it’s time for mopping. I have had it for about 2 weeks and it has been doing this since day 1 so it is not due to any clog. Can someone tell me if this is normal or if I need to replace a part or something? Pictures at bottom you can see it’s not cleaning in the middle of the vacuum.
