I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I’ve been experiencing with my Soundcore P40i. There’s a persistent hiss or a faint white noise that appears during playback, which affects the overall listening experience. This sound is noticeable even when I’m playing music and is quite distracting.
I would really appreciate it if your engineering team could look into this and address it in an upcoming software update. I’m confident that with your support, we can improve the audio quality significantly.

A slight hiss or faint white noise during playback can sometimes be related to the ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) processing. When ANC is active, the microphones generate sound waves with an opposite phase to cancel external noise, which may result in a small amount of residual background noise. This is common across all ANC earbuds and can feel more noticeable if your ears are sensitive.
You can try switching to Normal Mode in the app to see if the white noise persists. In Normal Mode, the ANC microphones are inactive, which usually eliminates this slight noise.

I am tired of receiving the same explanations again and again. First you tell me that you will release updates, then you tell me you will fix the problem, and now you say it is normal ANC noise.
This is not acceptable.
The issue I am facing has nothing to do with normal ANC hiss.
I have used many ANC earbuds before, and I know the difference between normal ANC noise and a performance problem.
The sound on my P40i becomes weak, loses details, and sometimes changes suddenly while listening.
This is not normal, and it only started after your recent software updates — which means the problem is in the firmware, not ANC.
I have already done every step you suggested many times:
– Reset
– Reinstall the app
– Update
– Test with different devices
None of these solved the issue.
So please:
Stop repeating the same answers.
I want a real technical explanation and a real fix for this issue, not general replies.
If this continues without an actual solution, I will stop contacting support completely.
I paid a high price for this product, and I expect proper performance and proper support.
I hope you take this seriously and provide a real resolution.

I want to make one thing very clear: I am someone who genuinely loves music. I pay attention to every small detail in sound, and this is exactly why I bought the Soundcore P40i. I listen to music every day, especially while riding the bus, and I rely on my headphones for proper noise cancellation and clear sound details. Unfortunately, the current sound performance does not reflect the quality I expected from a product at this price level.
I have followed every step you asked for: factory resets, reinstalling the app, updating the firmware, and checking all settings. The issue still exists. This is not a hardware issue. It is clearly related to the software or the current sound profile in your updates.
What makes the situation worse is that I keep receiving the same repeated instructions every time, even though I have already provided all the details multiple times. As a customer who genuinely enjoys music, I expected more attention and a real technical solution, not just standard replies.
I invested a good amount of money in this product, based on Soundcore’s reputation and promises of great sound quality. At this point, I am truly disappointed with how my case is being handled. If there is no real update or solution soon, this will be my last time contacting support and I will not continue using Soundcore products in the future.
