Help with S340 Presets

Can anyone help me with the procedure for setting presets? I have a S340 I set up and I was able to get presets assigned. I bought another S340 and an S30 and now I cant get them set. I PTZ the cam into location to set, and go to the "preset "location in the app and it just reverts to the center/center location. Any help would be appreciated

Did you figure this out? I think you’re having the same problem I am. I can’t set a 2nd Preset Position because when I try to click on the empty slot it recalibrates the camera and returns to the default position.

@eda156 @jeff630 OK I figured out my problem. So while you can use the Pan and Tilt tab to move the camera then save that position as your first preset in the Presets tab, to save additional presets you have to move the camera while still in the Presets tab (and not go back to the Pan and Tilt tab):

  1. In the Presets tab, click on an empty slot
  2. Let in recalibrate. This will send the camera back to the default position
  3. Click on the empty slot AGAIN and it should highlight blue
  4. While still in the Presets screen press and hold on the sides of the SET button to reposition the camera, that’s what those tiny white dots are on the outside of the set button. Just try and press and hold the outer ring. If you press the middle it will set a new preset.
  5. NOW press SET to save the position into the new slot

That SET button doesn’t look like a pan/tilt tool but it is. This is just a poorly designed screen.
