Hey everyone,

I am new to wearables and this is my first time getting the Eufy E10 breast pump. I am also exclusively nursing and I’m 3 months pp. my output has only been around 2 oz even after I have given a bottle during a feed. I was wondering if there’s a recommend setting to maximize output?
I am using a 17 mm flange and have noticed this one fits properly and I get max 2-2.5 oz.

I would like to see more out of my Eufy. I’m not sure if it’s a user error or supply issue.

That is a good sign you can produce! My gf just had our first child and she couldn’t produce anything. I would say patience and being consistent

Thank you for the advice. I have no somewhat been able to get about 3-4 oz now I’m not sure if it’s because I had to get used to pumping with a wearable.

Thank you I am glad I’m able to provide for my baby and more. I would really like to make a decent feezer stash so my husband ca feed at times.

Try making sure your bra is tight enough, that can really help boost output with wearables. But also that’s a normal amount! Sometimes I just can’t get as much with any pump and baby eats more from bottle than breast

Make sure you’re using the correct flange size, supportive bra, are not stressed out while pumping.
