Hi can someone

Hi can someone help the red light is on and it says the cleaning tray isn’t on properly. I’ve checked and watched the videos it’s new. The seals looks fine the only thing is the pipe doesn’t seem to go in anywhere? I think everything is in place? It vacuums but not mops no water seems to be filtering through and the dirty water tank doesn’t fill. I have also wet the pads. Thanks Lucy

I had to send mine back it had a defective water pump. Send email to support they can guide you. I had the problem at 5 months and now I am having it again at 2 years old. The first the they replaced for free as it was under warranty.

Hi Lucy! :woman_raising_hand:t3:

My sister has the EXACT same X10 Pro Omni at her house, and I ran into this exact same issue when she first got hers!

I’m almost positive that the red light and tray message usually happen because the station loses its vacuum seal when trying to pull dirty water up. The BIGGEST culprit is almost always the dirty water tank lid! Ugh! Lol

As I’m sure you’re already aware, the base relies on airtight suction to pull the water, so if the lid is even slightly loose, air leaks in and throws that error.

:sparkles: Try opening the dirty water tank, make sure the clear rubber seal inside the lid is sitting flat in its groove, and THEN push the lid down until you hear a really firm click! :speaker_high_volume:

Also, make sure the cleaning tray is pushed all the way to the back of the base so it sits completely flat.

While you have the tray out, wipe off the metal water sensors on the base with a paper towel just in case a stray drop of water is messing with the reading.

Oh! I almost forgot! The pipe you mentioned actually aligns with the suction port right behind the tray once you push it all the way back in, so as long as the tray is seated flush, the pipe is good to go!

Okie! I’m done typing this lovely novel now, lol!

I REALLY REALLLLLY hope this all helps and actually works for you! My fingers are crossed! Woohoo!
