Hi eufy Community. I have a red symbol with a 2 on the app badge presuming these are messages. I have viewed a couple of events and this has not ckeared the app badge. I cannot see where to view the messages on the app? advice appreciated.
Hi, sorry for the late response. In both iOS and Android, the message symbol on the App is functioned by the number of messages your phone receives, when you click one message from your phone to jump into the App, the number then minus one. You can click messages one by one or click the Clear button on your phone if you don’t want to do it.
