Hi guys so I’ve got a eufy c31 doorbell and the bottom doesn’t clip in. Has anybody else had this problem and how did you get it fixed

Hi, you’re the second person with this issue. I think they’ve put the wrong mount in for the camera??
You could try contacting eufy support.

I also had this and I did a message chat with customer service and they have sorted it for me without any problems. Basically it’s the wrong backing mount for the doorbell. Good luck.
