Hi I have a question. In my app on each camera I can select the little box to watch particular videos on that camera. I noticed on my other family members app they don’t have that, they need to go into the explore tab on the bottom of the screen to look through videos. I’ve searched and cannot find a way to get the feature up on my other family members app. Anyone know how to do this? Thanks in advance.

That’s weird, it’s usually a given I can’t see there being an option to not have it displayed or not.
Maybe something’s wrong with the app on their phone, like corrupted or not a complete download.
Have them log out of the app, and then close it out, open the app up and have them sign back in.
I also noticed this. I think only the main home admin gets them but not sure why.

And the Explore tab is for shopping, the Event tab is for viewing events. I think you were referring the Event tab.
I’ve noticed this as well, it seems the main user who owns the account has this box but every family member who joins the app then has to click on events to go through the notifications. It would be good to have it for all users.
Notice that also, I’ve done everything I could do. Also having trouble with the alert sound in their app also it want change is yours having trouble with that also
Possibly only admins can view??
I can confirm that this is a software bug. We will fix this issue in the upcoming version of the eufy app.
