Hi, if a C31, and paired with an Alexa echo, the announcements work fine for a while when testing and any calls that come in but the next day it does not. I go in to Alex app and the announcement option is on then it works when testing agin. Any ideas?
Hi, I have exactly the same problem. I can also see video recordings of the same person and I receive a text message telling me that someone is at the door. The only thing I do not get is a verbal message that someone is at the door!
