Hi all,

Since recent firmware update of my two SoloCam S340 to version 3.3.0.0 im have lots of the following issues on both of them:

  • lags
  • no control of pan tilt function any more
  • difficulties in establishing connection to live stream

Is this a known bug already?

This update rendered my camera useless, although the issues are nit the same you are mentioning.

Hi,
I just noticed, when I switch off the feature “cross-camera-tracking” my problems with lagging while pan/tilt camera are gone.

Development team should check this dependency.
