I am a software engineer, and while I love eufy and their products, I have the following issue or situation with the app and it’s usability.
I have eufy security devices setup in multiple homes. My own, my parents, and my mother in laws. Whenever there is a notification or alarm triggered it doesn’t say in the notification for which home the device is linked too. I am currently working around this by prefixing the names of each device with an address identifier.
Is there some way to show in the notifications the home the device is linked to rather then having to prefix each device? Even in regards to the home monitoring. If I get contacted by Noonlight that a device or alarm has been triggered, I don’t get any info as to which house the device was linked too until I ask when then they tell me, so I know that information exists.
Is there somewhere within eufy I can contact to make this suggestion. I know I am not the only person with this issue. This would be a great addition to the app and service as a whole.
