Have you tried a factory reset?
Have you unplugged it waiting 2 minutes and plug back in?

Thanks, the station was left unplugged for quite sometime.
Probably worth contacting support – if it’s out of warranty you’ll likely get a discount for a new HB or
Try a factory reset, plug into your router, make sure the software is all up todate and I’d like to think it will work after that
