Hi all,
I’m afraid that after HomeBase 3 firmware update to 3.6.7.8 on (27th June 2025) I’m receiving lots of false activity notifications per Minute on my phone for all kinds of cams (i.e. SoloCam S340, SoloCam S220) without activity at all!
I tried to reduce sensitivity, but still same behaviour.
Before the update everything was working fine!
Anyone similar problems?
Hope there will be a Fix soon.

I have this firmware, it seems fine except one of my cameras has decided to go from 80% to 0% over 2 days which is not normal.

I tested my system again an can be more concrete now:
I noticed, that activity notifications without detected activity are not sent in “home”-mode.
But when switching to “away”-mode I receive lots of notifications. I.e.: 4 notifications at the same time!
After some Minutes without notifications, i receive several notificaions again and again.
As I wrote above, everything was working fine until I noticed on 27th of June the installed firmware update of the HomeBase 3.
Did someone else checked notification functionality of cameras in “away”-mode?
Currently it’s unpleasant for me to change to away-mode (e.g. during the night) and having notification feature activated for all cameras because all of them are sending these false activity notifications.
Edit: I’m currently in touch with Eufy-Support. They willforward this issue to development team.
Did the actually battery level of the camera go down or is it the app sending false battery level information? I think I’ve read on other posts people noticing that.
