How do I access the SD card on my minibase chime? I put it in my card reader but it won’t load on my MacBook.
Basically you can’t, the videos on the SD card are encrypted and can only be viewed from within the app.
Where in the app can they be viewed? How can I find a particular day and time?
Open the app and then towards the bottom you’ll see Events.
Just tap on that and the current day of videos will appear, on the upper top right you’ll see the date, tap on that and a calendar will open and then you can pick a specific date from that.
Thank you. You have been very helpful. I wish there was a detailed manual for this app. I struggle to find things (like what you just helped me with) because nowhere are they explained.
