How do I know my nipple is in the right spot ? I just gave birth 6/21 and trying to stimulate my supply to start.
I pump for like one minute, stop the session to take my pumps off and see if my nipples look kind of „pulled“ like their shape is different and more pointy.
I took warm showers and stimulates my nipples in the shower for about a week, after a week of stimulation in the shower I was producing so much milk I was donating some of my supply to the local milk banks.
Omg thats amazing i am using donor milk now until my own supply starts. Im 4 days pp. i feel it getting hard and been massaging. I will try in shower too
