I’m just wondering how do I do an update on my security cameras and base?
The check for update button is worthless… so you wait and wait. Or contact support and ask them to “push” the update to you. Sad but true
It’s states the last time it was updated was on the 05/12 2020
I thought that as long as I have them connected to the Wi-Fi that it would update them automatically like it had done previously?
I am waiting myself for several updates. Welcome to Eufy. If you want it done contact support… they will take care of you.
