How to change order of cameras on the eufy app on the version v6. 260205232922 I cannot seem to find this option anymore since the update
I just installed the latest on google playstore yesterday. 6.0.02_21725. It is still in menu(top left), customize homepage, device display order. Perhaps you’re using iPhone app and it’s different.
It’s removed from iOS
I changed the order of the cameras of the eufy app via my iPhone - it worked as expected, I’m a new user we just got our setup put up today - still learning
In Homepage, I clicked customise homepage, under security clicked Device Display Order and then moved the devices to order I wanted it in
That’s how did it as well. Especially with the homebase and the screen coming between camera’s all of a sudden(I do have camera’s for 2 property’s and it’s easier to see the main ones at the top
it’s still there on iPhone app. Top left of homepage >customize homepage >device display order, press and hold on device and move to desired order.
I do have a problem and wondering if anyone else has any problems downloading events to iPhone photos since the app update? It’s only effecting my E330 pro cameras and I have 10 of them it used to work but now I get a failed to download message. But it’s strange only effecting this model camera all my others work fine. I have 2 other iPhones in my family with the older app version (5.8.00) and they are still working perfectly so it’s not a camera device issue. I’ve been in contact with support but they have no answers yet.
