I can’t figure out how to take calls on my laptop with my earbuds, the sound goes out and the other person on the call can’t hear me. This only happens for FaceTime and normal calls, it works in discord just fine.

Could you please clarify whether there’s no sound for the entire call, or if the sound suddenly cuts out mid‑call and comes back after a while? This will help us better understand the situation.
Meanwhile, please try the following steps:
Replace the ear tips with ones that fit more snugly and make sure the earbuds are worn correctly to create a tight seal. If the earbuds aren’t fitted properly, the system may mistakenly detect that you’ve taken them out, interrupting audio.
Ensure that the audio output device selected on your laptop is “Soundcore P40i”, and turn up the volume on your computer.
Test the earbuds with a different Bluetooth device in another environment to see if the issue persists — this helps rule out device compatibility or signal interference.
