I don’t understand how to get videos to combine without a constant problem. They never synchronize or merge without one or more problems every single time. I have no clue why this continues despite all of the time I have spent on trying to get this sync and smooth out all of the kinks. I have never been so frustrated.

Good to see everyone is starting to have my experience of the Eufy/ Anker ethos : “if it broke, don’t fix it” and the additional “but let’s keep selling it as if nothing is wrong”
