I don’t know, I feel like the sound isolation has become weak, and I don’t know why. Just a few days ago the isolation was excellent and amazing, but now I feel it has become weak, even though the headphones are very new.

Hi, If you are using Adaptive mode, please note that the noise cancellation effect will adjust automatically based on the surrounding noise level, and in quieter environments it may switch to Transparency mode.

Also, if you are wearing both earbuds in Noise Cancelling mode and remove one earbud, the other earbud may automatically switch to Normal mode. Once both earbuds are worn again, the original mode should return.

Please also avoid covering the microphones on the outside of the earbuds or ear cups with your hands, as this may affect ANC performance.

You may also try resetting the earbuds or headphones, as this can sometimes help. Please note that the reset method may vary depending on the model.

If you hear background noise or a humming sound during use, a targeted firmware update may be needed. You can open the soundcore app, go to Help & Feedback, describe the issue, and provide the serial number (SN) of your device. Our team can then check whether a corresponding firmware update is available for your device.
