Delivery driver, probably Amazon flex. Looking for the correct address. See the package in his hand? Also while I can’t seem to zoom in far enough to read that sign on the door, it’s likely someone’s delivery service sticker.
Side note, as someone that’s recently started doing Amazon Flex to make ends meet… Running around in the middle of the night to deliver peoples packages (3:30 am to 8am) please for the love of God have some sort of light on to help people find you, and prevent them from breaking their necks in a rough rocky yard with no walkway!
