I had the two-way audio feature for several months and have been using it and it was awesome. But suddenly it disappeared from the app. I tried reseting the camera, re-installing the app, and even changing the region, but nothing worked. I really need this feature it’s crucial! Please help! Hi, what do you mean by disappear? disappear from the homepage of the app?
The only thing I can think of is to try swiping on the bottom bar with controls. There are two very small white/gray lines showing that there are other options if you swipe. The lines I’m talking about show in your screenshot just below the Pan and Tilt control. I hope that solves your problem!!
Yes in the Eufy Security app, it used to be at the bottom bar in the center, a phone icon button that enables two-way audio
Here’s the second page of the bottom bar and it is not there. I checked the settings and troubleshooted a lot… I got really frustrated and didn’t find a solution to how to get it back. Is there a way I can mention some employees from Eufy company for assistance? @eufy-official
