I have a Homebase and several cameras already for some time. I want to expand the system now with motion and entry sensors and the keypad. But in the European market Eufy only offers the keypad in a set with a Homebase included. I can see that in the US market Eufy does offer the keypad separately. I contacted customer support but they just said: sorry not possible, only in set. This isn’t very customer friendly to loyal customers. Has anyone found a way to buy just the keypad in Europe? And I would like to mention to Eufy that they are missing opportunities here.

Thanks for your feedback. I don’t see the logic either. Have searched the internet for the keypad but no luck unfortunately.
