I have a new setup and utilizing VZ LTE gateway and WiFi. The S340 cameras will simply not connect. It has to be a setting in the gateway as I took the same cameras to another property I have and use a NetGear WiFi router and connects within minutes.

Any advise or anyone have this issue that could point me in the right direction?

Does your new Wi-Fi have separate SSID names, for the 2.4 and 5 GHz band?

It’s the name you select when you’re trying to connect to your Wi-Fi.
If it’s not then I would try changing the 2.4 GHz SSID name to something else, but you can keep the same password.
