I have floodlight E340. I kept it on dual camera view. Camera zoom very nicely when it detects human or car, but but does not zoom at all when detect only pets!

it’s the AI recording if you turn that off it won’t do it anymore

Yes they do. They are PTZ with dual cameras providing optical and hybrid zooming controlled by AI
