I have purchased soundcore R50i VI true - wireless earbuds through Amazon E-commerce 10 days ago. this device is not working (pairing) with mobile… How to conduct customer care

We’re truly sorry to hear that your R50i NC earbuds are not pairing properly — we completely understand how inconvenient this must be.
Please try the following steps:
- Ensure that the protective film covering the connectors on the earbuds has been removed.
- Reboot your Bluetooth device (such as your phone or computer). Then forget all previous pairing records and temporarily disable Bluetooth.
- Make sure the charging case has enough power and then reset the earbuds by following these steps:
- Open the charging case and take out both earbuds.
- Press and hold the touch areas on both earbuds simultaneously for 10 seconds.
