I have soundcore R50i Earbuds , when I wear it and ride the bike,any time I turned my head left or right, the music The sound gets intermittent , why’s that?

When the sound cuts out while turning your head, it can sometimes be related to the distance or obstructions between your phone and the earbuds. Could you please let us know how far your phone is from the earbuds while riding?
To help fix this issue, please try the following steps:
- Make sure the charging case has enough power and reset the earbuds by following these steps:
- Open the charging case and take out both earbuds.
- Press and hold the touch areas of both earbuds simultaneously for 10 seconds.
- Turn off Adaptive ANC from the Soundcore app:
Go to Noise Cancellation → Mode → Manual Mode. - Turn off Dual Connections from your Soundcore app.
- Check the earbuds by listening to downloaded music or videos instead of streaming content.
- Test the earbuds with another Bluetooth device in a different environment to see if they work properly.
