I installed a deck box on my patio and my eufy Doorbell Cam/Homebase keeps thinking that it’s a new package. Is there a way to have eufy relearn what my patio looks like, or do I just have to wait until the “new package” alerts stop?

Mine does this sometimes with wrappers and rubbish on the floor 
See if a restart helps it out.
Look into the settings of the doorbell and see if there’s an option to Restart Device.

I would definitely do a reboot. Sounds like something might be stuck in the buffer and not letting no data get through. Hope this helps. Didn’t forget to wait and count 1000, 2000, etc until 10 to give it plenty of time to cleanse. Good luck. 
I would do a hard reset. Then remove and re add camera to your app.
