Tell him to use his inside bathroom. It’s not like there’s woods that he can walk into to hide himself
At least his back is facing you
This is true. I guess it could be worse. He could be walking into my backyard
I don’t think it’s my place to tell him not to pee in my neighbor’s yard. My neighbor goes to bed early. I don’t think he even knows what’s going on. My neighbor needs to regulate that. Or do I just mind my business?
Same boat as you, I live in an apartment, Nextdoor has at least 9 people in a one bath, so the guys just walk out front to the edge of the parking lot and take a pee, gets worse when they’re entertaining… I’ve been contemplating showing the leasing office, I mean they’re in plain view, no trees, fence or anything to hide behind, and the pee just runs under my tires! I feel like saying something, but what I say? I’m even tempted to get them a bucket to pee in on their back porch…
Wow. I didn’t think others would be dealing with this from neighbors. I know people walk down streets and seek peeing, but your own neighbors!!!???
Yeah, I don’t want to start a war with my neighbor, just some decency and respect. He does this in the day too
Trust me, I get it lol. It’s like how do you broach adding in a half bath or something without upsetting someone.
I would go from the angle of indecency exposure. Put a note through the door saying that in the neighbourhood somebody has been regularly exposing themselves in yard and if it doesn’t stop the police will need to be informed. Wait two weeks then contact the police. But it depends, the above could cause a lot worse problems for you. I would be inclined to ignore it and hope the renter leaves.
Had a neighbour do this before it’s disgusting and no need for it
If the grass not growing there, you know why
I would mention it to your neighbor that rents the house. Sure it may not be any of your business but what they are doing is considered indecent exposure.
You can also set a zone on your camera so that it does not pick up and record anything in your neighbor’s yard.
Oh, no
If it’s a regular thing and the smell of urine starts to hit your nostrils. I would bring it up with their landlord.
Paintball gun is very effective…
Does he know he’s being captured on video doing this? A polite message to the neighbour’s household along the lines of “just a heads-up, my camera gets triggered every evening by a guy peeing in your back yard. I thought you may want to know”. He may stop. Then again, he may ask you to not film his back yard
Gatver
Always
Post the videos on local neighbourhood watch sites
You know that brings up an interesting conundrum. The neighbor could very well say my house is private property and why are you recording it!!!
To which I would have to tell him that he rents to a bunch of people and we’ve had robberies increase. I trust no one you have in your home. ICE might want the address
