I love the C37 how it tracks pets or animals I wish the S340 did it. But the C37 is following the turkeys well

What cameras are you using for your hummingbirds/feeders? I swapped out my wired C31 that I captured those first couple visits my Bears made, to the solocam E42 4K. I really like it for my bird/critter feeding station. I’ve been using the Wired C31 in my kitchen basement window but it’s not very good for close up video it’s only 1080p/1k.. nice to try something else for close ups…

Hi Kevin the hummingbird feeder has a S300 4K but unfortunately it is discontinued on my other feeders I use the S330 and the S3 pro pretty good cameras but more expensive they have built in solar panels unlike the S300 which is a external solar panel. The bird bath fountain has a older C210 still working great after 3 years

I miss having a yard/house. Camera placement & outside area is limited living in 6 unit apartment building. But I make do, i have a great landlord & neighbors except they’re not really sure about my pet Bears :face_with_peeking_eye::grin:

lol no they are not my turkeys they are wild. we only have a couple groups of 3 and 4 this year but in the past we have had 30 that would show up all at the same time.

I know nothing about wild Turkey’s I’ve actually never seen one in real life only on the T.V. So, I’m wondering, since the Turkey’s are wild are they allowed to be hunted? I’m not implying anyone does, or ever would I was just really curious, bc they aren’t out in the woods they are on residential property. Is there laws for that?

in my area there is 2 turkey hunting seasons I think in April /May and October/November split into archery and gun. but of course you can’t shoot a gun within 500 feet of any structure. People do hunt them some people like the taste but most say the meat is tuff. They do live in the woods of course and sleep in the trees to avoid predators (it’s funny watching them fly up into a tree they are so big). I’m surrounded by woods so we get a lot of different wildlife

Thank you for the reply, it was very interesting. It would be funny to see them fly up into tree, bc they are so big. :sweat_smile: I guess the experts are wrong, and technically turkey’s can fly. Thanks again for the information I really appreciate it.

It’s not really flying like a normal bird does it’s pretty crazy to see they need a lot of space to take off
