I recently installed 2x E31 doorbells, one front door and one back door, both with Separate Mini base chimes (also a Homebase S380 and 2x E40 Cams)

All well until last week when I noticed the FRONT doorbell was not picking up events anywhere near as well as the back door. (Both are set up in identical ways) I literally jump up and down in front of it etc but often it just does not register. However, it does usually pickup passers-by

Any thoughts? Or advice?

For a test, I would go about swapping the two doorbell camera locations with each other and see and if the issue persists or not.
To rule out the placement of location.
It could be possible that the one doorbell cameras motion detection sensor isn’t as sensitive.

Just disabled / turn off the motion detection before you proceed the swap.
