I took a break from shoveling today to build a snowman with my daughter. Video captured on my Eufy Solocam S340. I have a Eufycam S4 but have not had an opportunity to mount it yet because of the weather. Looking forward to seeing the difference between the two cams!

I have several S4’s and S340’s. I ended up taking the S4’s down as they absolutely eat batteries. The S340’s are much better. The improved AI tracking, battery life and shorter lag make them a better camera. Their 3k rather than the S4’s 4k resolution is slightly worse but not much worse. I have gone through the swap out process with Eufy, changed every setting known to man and came to the simple conclusion that the S340 is more fit for purpose than the flawed S4

One of my S340s started acting funny after a firmware update in December. The battery had never dropped below 80% for a full year and the following day went down to 0 and tbe same time it didn’t record a single event and the wifi signal dropped from great to low. Eufy did a warranty exchange on the device but I thought it was a nice opportunity to upgrade. I bought the S4 through Amazon so I still have some time to decide if it’s worth keeping.
This will give some great memories for years to come. I still look back when my niece and I built a snowman in the yard about 15 years ago. Also have an S4 I’m waiting to install, plan on hard wiring it to use the 24/7 feature.
