I tried connecting it to my iOS phone and then recorded a video to do a mic test. I went out of my room while wearing the Q20i and left my phone recording. When I reviewed the footage, as soon as I stepped out, my voice couldn’t be heard. But when I went closer to my phone and talked, the audio became clear and strong. So does that mean the Soundcore doesn’t use its own mic?
