I’ve just upgraded my Door bell to E340. I’m having a problem with it not detecting motion. People are coming upto the door and it’s not detecting. I’ve reset it a few times, I’ve changed the detection area, Changed Human to all motion. I’ve fitted the little angled piece as someone says try that. But it only detects once out of about 5 or six times. I’ve updated the eufy app. Anyone know anything that can help or I’m going to return it for a refund and put the old one back up!
