I’ve recently replaced my eufy doorbell with a C31 but I cannot get it to lock into the wall mount possibly due to the points at the bottom of the bell don’t match the doorbell has anyone else had this.
Looks like you received the wrong mount. Plus why are there cutouts on the bottom, there’s no speaker on the bottom of the doorbell cam?
When placing the doorbell into the mount, you need to place the bottom in first at an angle then push in the top half of the doorbell. It should then click in.

i had the same problem, spoke to support they sent me another unit which has the same problem, there must be a dodgy batch, so now i have 2 doorbells and no solution, not impressed
