I was using Surf Shark VPN and was able to view videos on my phone when needed, but I decided not to renew my subscription and now I’m not able to view my camera videos. Has anyone ran across this issue and we’re you able to resolve it?

The VPN should have no impact. Have you restarted your phone after you stopped using Surf Shark? Can you still run the Eufy app on your phone? Is it iOS or Android? Can you view live feeds of your camera using the app? Is it just old videos or new videos (since you stopped using the VPN) that don’t work?

Have you tried reinstalling the app? Could have created issues say if you enabled geo enforcing?

Good news, I read a post on here that I should restart my home base with the phone app. I did and I can view the videos again. Thanks for the responses and suggestions
