I am no expert in drugs never taken this stuff, I’ve been told cannabis (other times maybe weed). as it stinks so badly especially when it enters my property via the air vents or even open windows!

Yea its definitely cannabis, can be called weed, skunk, green, or grass and yes it can be very pungent and can be hard to get rid of the smell, have you tried having a polite word with them?
Unfortunately drugs are the tip of the ice berg with this family and extended people. The main person is a compulsive liar and has caused many issues including threats and anti social behaviour. But she (also a drug user) is supported by her landlord and the Police. If I report this issue with the youths, they will spin it around to support them and it will be another waste of time. So those youths 24/7/365 days actions is a deliberate part of their ongoing behaviour as directed by the main person. There are more people living in this rented property and the bins overflow with rubbish onto the public pavements. The garden is even worst with rats running around (open refuse and discarded old furniture etc) and an open drain. The landlord refuses to do anything about it and supports his tennants. My CCTV footage should be evidence, but as someone pointed out they try to make it out it is invading their privacy/harrassment- which is not he case. They want to do what they like without facing any consequences. These people are neighbours from hell who are supported by a brocken system.
