I Love my A20i but ive run into a problem where my right bud is at a lower volume than the one on my left, i wish that there was a feature to allow the balancing of audio volume in the sound core app to counter this issue
Does your device offer a balance control? My oooooold Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ offers it as an accessibility feature. Useful if you have hearing loss in one ear.
Do you have the same issue with other Bluetooth headphones? If it’s just with the A20i’s, one of the buds could be plugged up with earwax and need cleaning or just be defective and need a warranty claim.
