Is it normal for fedex deliver? They said they tried to deliver but nobody home. They don’t even put any notice on my door.

I have had a similar experience in FedEx. Basically see at what time they arrive, then grab them red-handed when the truck arrives. He’ll then have no option but to give you the package. I was so angry with them when this happened to me.

They are required to leave a door tag notice, so on the next reattempt delivery if you’re not available, they can leave the package, if you signed the door tag authorizing them to do so. Unless it’s a package that requires a direct signature.
Also the door tag notice has coded info on it.
You could call their customer service and request a re-delivery that same day or pick up the package at the FedEx station using that door tag.

I think if you tracked the tracking number and signed up for updates, they included photos of the package at the step. So, if they’re suggesting it is delivered, he just pirated it

They are not trying hard enough apparently… It always ends up with you picking it up at their local store
Very bad service 
They don’t ring the doorbell and just leave packages outside these days.
