Just got the e25 and I love it. It seems to avoid most of the pitfalls of my previous smart vacs. The only place it got stuck is on this chair leg. Any recommendations for how I can have the vacuum avoid it?

Either put a no go box around it in the app or lift it up every time you vacuum. I do both. My office chair and kitchen chairs go up and my recliner has a red no go box. Hope this helps.

I have the same issue with my Christmas tree. Wants to hump the tree like it’s a Chihuahua in heat.

Mine also climbs on anything and inch or loss high, like dog dish tray and office chair base.i just add no-go area to salve it
You can try remapping the area
I have a very similar problem with an Eames chair. Defining a no-go box isn’t really feasible because the chair isn’t always in the same place! Does anyone know if the e25 respects magnet markers? I’ve thought of placing a small piece on the ends of the stand spokes…
