Love catching people, 
You should have seen what my scum neighbour did. Bins, mirrors, fridges and even traffic cones to obstruct my pavement/driveway and cars. I have empathy for your situation and maybe you need to raise this with Waste collection and get them involved.
She moves oddly, as though she’s drunk or on drugs…

Crazy the things people will do out of spite, seems people act out more when they know someone has cameras, like they feel the cameras are there for them. It’s their actions that cause us to get more cameras lol.

Involve the authorities. Show them the evidence and keep recording the violations. Let the authorities deal with it
