And hide this time in the fine print of
Their product. They don’t we should be thankful to be able to have safety without it
Having it come at the cost of having them
Have hands in are wallets every month ??

We won’t always find everything we want
But their product good don’t cost an arm
Or a leg lol point is they I think are the best at this point in time things take time to improve don’t be so fast to slam till time has shown otherwise

what if a person in a family has the app and they are coming home from work and they leave through the garage door and set the keypad and then when they come home they come in through the back door can they change the keypad information on the app for example the person comes home from work and wants to change the keypad to home on the app instead of the keypad can they change it or do they have to change it on the keypad if the person has to put in a passcode or can they put their passcode in on the app so they can change the keypad on the app or do they have to do it directly on the keypad or can they do it directly on the app so they don’t have to walk to the garage door to do it so that the alarm on the way there doesn’t go off when they enter the back door don’t have the keypad yet but I’m just thinking about it so I’m trying to think of things that I can ask so if I decide to get one and I want to know the pros and cons to make sure it’s a fit for my family and my household thank you for your time and support have a great day and good bless

My keypad has lost connection with cameras. How do I fix?

I have a S380 Homebase with a door camera and two S340 cameras. I want to install a home security system with a keypad and sensors. Do I need a separate homebase for the motion, door and other sensors or can I create a new Group on my existing S380 homebase that adds the keypad then all the sensors are enabled/disabled using the keypad and/or the app? Thanks.

When or how can you have an audible tone to remind you the alarm is activated when someone arrives home. There is no notice that the alarm is on unless you check the eufy app for family members who were not present when setting the alarm? This seems like a basic function of all other alarms we have had!

The batteries only last a couple days with this lock. I think it is constantly searching for the wifi signal. Are you able to use the keypad only and not have it connected to the internet
