Liberty 4 Pro right earbud suddenly dies at 30% - anyone else experiencing this?
I’ve had my Liberty 4 Pro for about 5 months, and recently the right earbud started shutting down suddenly whenever the battery reaches around 30%.
What’s strange is that the Soundcore app still shows around 30% battery, then the earbud just turns off completely. The left earbud continues working normally.
I’ve already:
Updated the firmware
Cleaned the charging contacts
Fully charged the case and earbuds
Reset and re-paired the earbuds
Tested the right earbud alone
But the problem is still exactly the same.
I’ve also come across other Liberty 4 Pro users reporting similar battery issues, so I’m wondering:
Has anyone else experienced an earbud suddenly dying at around 20–30% battery? If so, what was the cause and how was it resolved?**
Also, does Soundcore know if this is a known issue with some Liberty 4 Pro units?
Would really appreciate hearing from other owners.
