Continuing the discussion from Connecting Eufy Video Doorbell with Google Nest Hub Max:

I just got my Eufy 2K wired Video Doorbell. It works good at least as good as the one before it (would not work with Google Home). When I try to connect it with my Google Home app:

I select New Device > Works with Google > Find the Eufy Security app in the list > and it comes to the login screen. It will not log in. Gives me a Login Error Code: 18201.

I thought I had maybe got the P/W wrong, so I go back to the Eufy Security App, select my region (again) type in my email and P/W and get a “robot challenge” and it logs me in, so the P/W was correct.

Anyone else have this issue and overcome it?

I was just instructed by eufy to clear the cache of the Google Home app.

Tried to readd Login Error Code 18201

sigh

Come on eufy get it together and add Google properly, not everyone is an Iphone user
