Bump… Having the same issue. Would love to be able to review my cameras at my desktop. Sort of upsetting that this no longer works.
Same issue here. iPad app version had worked fine on MacOS desktop for well over 2 years, now suddenly throwing an error even though the app or MacOS haven’t been updated (at least, not to my knowledge). Guessing something changed on eufy’s backend.
Would love to have this fixed as it was my main way of interacting with my cameras. Kinda just instantly ruined my user experience and has me researching other camera options. Video feeds are pretty much unusable through Apple’s home app as they freeze up any time a clip needs to be recorded (ie. when you want to be seeing what’s happening the most!). Very frustrating!
@eufy How about an actual MacOS desktop app?! (I’ll settle for a fix to the iPad app so it once again works on M chipped Macs though!) Any chance of better interoperation with Apple HomeKit?

Actually, it hasn’t been working since we upgraded to version 6.0.
So I’m looking for version 5.8.00, which did work.
Does anyone happen to have that version available?
UPDATE: Looks like removing and then re-installing works now.
