I’m having major issues with my Eufy System - past 24-48hrs I was unable to view live feed and turning motion detection of and off was very slow but now nothing is working. No live feed (Unable to play live video message), no notifications, nothing.
Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, tried on a different wifi away from home, and on mobile data. I also tried to remotely reset the home base with no joy.
I have 4 x EufyCam2 and 1 x T8210 Doorbell, all firmware is up to date, running on App 5.0.71_12691(US) on Android in Australia
Very frustrated - any assistance would be most appreciated.
