My Anker Soundcore R50i headphones never connect to the app, even though they’re still new and connect normally via Bluetooth. Why?

Try turning off your Bluetooth and turning it on again. I did that two times in a row and then it connected when I opened the app.
جرب تشبك السماعة من البلوتوث وانت مقفل التطبيق مالهم تماما بعدها افتحه ان شاء الله تلقاها موجودة اذا لا شوف اليوتيوب
