My Boom3i has been disconnecting from my phone lately.

Could you please let us know whether the disconnection happens when your phone receives a call? In some cases, the Bluetooth connection may disconnect automatically during a call, and it may need to be reconnected after the call ends.

You may also kindly check the following:

  • Please make sure the device is not in a low battery or overheating state, as the Boom 3i may activate protection mode in such conditions.
  • Please ensure the speaker is within normal Bluetooth range of your phone.
  • You may also reset the speaker by pressing and holding the Bluetooth button and Volume + button for 10 seconds. Once you hear a prompt sound and the speaker restarts, the reset is complete.
  • If you are using the soundcore app, please try updating the app to the latest version and test again.
  • If the speaker may have connected to another device by mistake, resetting it can also help clear the previous pairing records.
